Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park is a natural park located in the province of Cádiz (Andalusia, Spain)

The 100 km² park, located at the mouth of the Guadalete river, consists of marshland, beaches, reed and sand dunes. It has many types of shrubs and bushes, and ocean pine.

Recreational activities include bird watching, sailing, windsurfing, hiking. The Andalusian Government has done a good job by preserving the park but at the same time encouraging people to know its natural beauty. Beautiful, thin sand beaches surround the park and make the Cádiz Bay an important touristic atraction.  The Cadiz Bay begins at Cádiz and includes: San Fernando, Puerto Real, El Puerto de Santa María and Rota. A route around these towns is highly recommended. Beautiful countryside and beaches apart, the gastronomy is very rich, being fish the favourite dish.

Highlights: Romerijo’s fried fish store in El Puerto de Santa María, Catamarán trip between el Puerto and Cádiz, Cádiz historic city center.
